In year 2000, SENTEC GROUP adopted Non Shrinkage LTCC process through cross-licensing with PANASONIC Shikoku Electronic Corp. and Industrial Technology Research Institute of Taiwan. Hence technology transferred, SENTEC is surging as a leading LTCC supplier and has new foundries installed both Taiwan and China to serve fields like wireless, automotive, and various microelectronic products.

Foundry Highlights:

Non-Shrinkage Process: Shrinkage ratio @ 0.12% with shrinkage control tolerance @ +/- 0.05%

Excellent High Frequency Characteristic: Substrate could also be used in milliwave applications such as 77GHz Radar Sensor.

High Yield Rate: average 95% substrate yield

High Production Capacity: Foundry located in Taiwan and China
